【Abstract】 The building mode of condominium consists of two parts: the common part and the self-owned part.The co-ownership part of condominium is the most important one.Therefore,the most part of disputes among the condominium owners is produced by the multiple right and obligation of co-ownership part.While the lack legislation and research has made it very hard to make full use of the common part.In this essay,the author will analyze the character and scale of the common ownership,and then make clear of the right and obligation to help the owners make full use of the building.更多还原
