【摘要】 目的观察环磷腺苷葡胺注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及BNP水平的影响。方法52例慢性心力衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用心先安加常规治疗,对照组仅用常规治疗,疗程7d,治疗前后两组分别测定左心室射血分数和血浆Brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)水平。结果治疗组和对照组组间同级比较,LVE均值差异均无显著性,BNP均值均有显著差异。治疗组和对照组治疗后BNP水平明显下降(P<0.01),治疗前与治疗后组内比较,在治疗组BNP浓度差值明显大于对照组差值(137.3±117.6和53.7±94.9,P<0.01),在治疗组LVEF差值也同样大于对照组(4.830±4.083和4.704±5.217,P>0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者BNP水平明显增高,在常规治疗基础上加用心先安治疗可进一步改善心力衰竭患者左心室射血分数,降低血浆BNP水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of MCA on heart function and the level of BNP in patients with chronic cardiac failure.Method 52 patients with CHF were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into MCA group and control group. The control group were treated with conventional drugs.MCA group were given MCA intravenous 7 days.The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and the plasma level of BNP were investigated before and after the treatment.Result The significant-effect rate was higher in MCA group than control group.The cardiac function improved after MCA treatment. The plasma level of BNP in MCA group was significantly declined than before and control group.Conclusion MCA was effective and safe for CHF and could decrease BNP plasma level.更多还原
