复方鼠尾草注射液对心肌缺血再灌注大鼠心电图的影响

【摘要】 目的观察复方鼠尾草注射液(褐毛甘西鼠尾及甘西鼠尾与三七的复方制剂)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及心电图的变化。方法采用大鼠冠脉结扎法建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,探讨复方鼠尾草注射液对缺血再灌注大鼠心电图及心肌梗死面积的影响。结果两种鼠尾草注射液均能显著对抗缺血再灌注所致大鼠心电图ST段的抬高,缩小缺血再灌注心肌的梗死面积。结论对缺血再灌注损伤心肌的保护作用相似于复方丹参注射液。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe cardio-protection of compounded injections made from two Salvia herbs [Hemaoganxishuwei (Salvia przewalskii Maxim. var mandarin-norum stib.) and Ganxishuwei (Salvia przewalskii Maxim) with Sanqi (Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H. Chen)] against ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats, especially the changes in electrocardiogram during ischemia/reperfusion.Methods Ischemia/reperfusion model was established by coronary artery ligation, different injections were applied before and after ischemia,electrocardiogram was recorded during experiment,and infarct size was detected after experiment.Results The two injections were able to alleviate ST segment and were able to decrease infarct size; which were similar to that of the compounded injection of Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge).Conclusion The results suggested that the cardio-protection of the two compounded injections of Salvia herb was similar to that of Danshen.
