【摘要】 本文对卵叶远忠Polygala sibirica L.根的化学成分进行研究。应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱以及半制备液相色谱进行分离和纯化,应用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。从卵叶远志根中分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别是:tenuifoliside A （1）,tenuifoliside B（2）,glomeratose A（3）,3,6-二-O-芥子酰基蔗糖（4）,sibiricose A₅（5）,sibiricose A₆（6）,sibiricose A₁（7）,sibiricose A₂（8）,polygalatenoside E（9）,1-O-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-O-（6→1）-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-水杨酸甲酯（10）,canthoside A（11）,3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯（12）。化合物11首次从远志属中分离得到,化合物2,9,10和12均为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the chemical constituents of the roots ofPolygala sibirica L.The separation and purification were performed by solvent extraction and repeated chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS columns,and semiprep.HPLC.The struc- tures were elucidated by spectral analysis.Twelve known compounds were isolated and identified as tenuifoliside A（1）,tenuifo- liside B（2）,glomeratose A（3）,3′,6-disinapoyl sucrose（4）,sibiricose A₅（5）,sibiricose A6 （6）,sibiricose A1 （7）,sibiricose A₂（8）, polygalatenoside E（9）,1-O-L-arabinopyranosyl-O-（6→）-β-D-glucopyranosyl-salicylate （10）,canthoside A （11）,and methyl- 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamate（12）.Compound 11 was obtained from genus Polygala for the first time,and compounds 2,9,10 and 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.更多还原
