圆柱壳的弹塑性稳定性分析

【摘要】 讨论了圆柱壳的非线性几何方程和平衡方程,分别采用J2各向同性强化流动理论和J2形变理论,在对屈曲状态作线性化处理的前提下,导出壳体的初始屈曲基本控制方程.将问题简化到轴对称的情况,得到形式上简化了的屈曲控制方程.在比较简单的边界条件下,进行了轴对称屈曲问题的数值求解.通过迭代算法,将变系数微分方程化为常系数方程,用伽辽金法求解微分方程边值问题的特征值,最终得到初始屈曲时的临界应力.将数值计算结果同已有的实验结果作了比较和分析.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the nonlinear geometric and equilibrium equations of cylindrical shell were researched.Based on the linearized buckling mode,the basic equations of plastic buckling were presented by using the isotropic-hardening J2 flow theory and the J2 deformation theory,and the simplified buckling equations were also obtained for the axisymmetric case.With the ordinary boundary conditions,the numerical solution was presented for the problem of axisymmetric buckling.By the iteration algorithm,variable coefficients of buckling differential equations became const coefficients.With the method of Galerkin,the eigen system solution was available for the limit loads of the buckling problem.
