基于环糊精和嵌段共聚物的准聚轮烷的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Pseudopolyrotaxane Based from Cyclodextrins and Block Copolymer
【摘要】 采用原子转移自由基聚合方法(ATRP),以大分子引发剂PEO-Br引发,CuBr/Sparteine体系催化,合成了聚氧化乙烯-聚乙烯基对苯二甲酸二(对甲氧基苯酚)酯(PEO-b-PMPCS)两嵌段聚合物,然后在丙酮和水的混合溶剂中进行嵌段共聚物与α-环糊精的组装,形成了α-CD-PEO-PMPCS的准聚轮烷.通过红外光谱、热重分析、X射线衍射、质子核磁共振、碳13交叉极化/魔角自旋对准聚轮烷进行了表征,证明PEO链段处于环糊精分子内腔中.
【Abstract】 Poly(ethyleneoxide)-b-poly{2,5-bis[(4-methoxyphenyl)oxycarbonyl]styrene}(PEO-b-PMPCS)diblock copolymer was successfully synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization,using macro-initiator PEO-Br,and CuBr/Sparteine complex as catalyst.Then this copolymer was assembled with α-cyclodextrins in solution formed a novel pseudopolyrotaxane α-CD-PEO-PMPCS.This new pseudopolyrotaxane was studied by FTIR,TGA,X-ray diffraction,1H NMR,13C CP/MAS NMR.All the study showed the PEO chains are accommodated in the cavities of the α-cyclodextrins.
