【摘要】 目的观察髓复康(SFK)对急性脊髓损伤(ASCI)早期血液流变学变化的影响。方法取50只SD大鼠,通过半横断损伤实验观察SFK对实验大鼠ASCI早期血液流变学变化的影响。结果脊髓损伤后血液由低凝转为高凝,SFK干预后使高凝转为低凝。结论SFK能纠正脊髓损伤早期的血液流变性异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of Suifukang (SFK) on hemorheological change of rats induced spinal cord injury. Method Through half-transection spinal cord injury, the effects of SFK on hemorheological changes of 50 SD rats were observed. Results After injury, the hemorheological property was changed from lower coagulability to higher coagulability. After administrated with SFK, the hemorheological property was changed from higher coagulability to lower coagulability. Conclusion SFK could effectively reverse the abnormal hemorheological status into normal one.更多还原
