【摘要】 目的研究穴贴定喘膏中细辛和辛夷挥发油的β-环糊精和HP-β-环糊精包合物的制备及其对透皮吸收的影响。方法挥发油分别用β-环糊精和HP-β-环糊精包合,采用Franz扩散装置,运用气相色谱法测定挥发油成分,考察β-环糊精和HP-β-环糊精包合对透皮吸收的影响。结果β-环糊精包合物的累积透过率优于HP-β-环糊精包合物。结论挥发油用β-环糊精包合可促进透皮吸收。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preparation of volatile oils obtained from asarum and lily magnolia complexed with β-cyclodextrin and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin in Xuetie Dingchuan plaster,and to study its impacts of transdermal absorption.Methods The volatile oil was complexed with β-cyclodextrin and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.GC method was used in the determination of volatile oils complexed with β-cyclodextrin and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin to investigate the impacts of transdermal absorption.Results The accumulation transmission of the volatile oils complexed with β-cyclodextrin was superior to that with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.Conclusion The inclusion of volatile oils with β-cyclodextrin can enhance drug penetration via skin.更多还原
