【摘要】 目的研究血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)及其受体血管内皮生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)在河南省林州市食管癌高发区食管鳞癌中的表达及其在食管癌淋巴结转移和预后中的作用。方法83例食管鳞癌患者均为林州市居民,采用免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF-C、VEGFR-3蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达情况,随访5 a以上。结果VEGF-C阳性产物位于细胞质,VEGF-C阳性表达率为45.8%(38/83),VEGF-C阳性表达与食管癌浸润深度、pTNM分期,局部淋巴结转移相关(P<0.01)。VEGFR-3阳性脉管数平均为(9.77±2.99)个,VEGFR-3阳性脉管数与淋巴结转移、VEGF-C表达之间存在相关关系(P<0.001)。VEGF-C阳性表达组5 a生存率明显低于阴性表达组(P<0.01)。结论VEGF-C及其受体VEGFR-3可能在食管癌淋巴结转移中发挥重要作用。VEGF-C表达可能是影响食管癌患者预后的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C)and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3(VEGFR-3) on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and the effect of them on lymph node metastasis and prognosis in high risk area of Linzhou city.Methods Eighty-three cases with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma all came from Linzhou city.The expression of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry.And all patients were followed up for five years.Results Positive product of VEGF-C was detected in the cytoplasm,the positive expression rate was 45.8%(38/83).The positive expression of VEGF-C was positively correlated with tumor infiltration depth,pTNM staging and local lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).The mean of positive vessel VEGFR-3 was 9.77±2.99.The positive vessel of VEGFR-3 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and expression of VEGF-C(P<0.001).Five years survival rate of VEGF-3 positive expression was lower than that of VEGF-3 negative expression(P<0.01).Conclusion VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 may play important roles in the lymph node metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.The expression of VEGF-C may be a prognostic indicator for the patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.更多还原
