【Abstract】 The cell-phone passive radar has become one important developing direction of the passive radar since it has great military & civilian values and lots of advantages such as anti-jamming, resisting anti-radiation missile,anti-low-altitude-surprise,anti-stealth,agility,portability and low price etc.. This paper reviews the progress course of passive radar briefly,presents the notion of cell phone passive radar and analyzes the relative key techniques.
