【Abstract】 New computing mode replacing PC mode computing mode is an obvious trend, and Ambient Intelligence (AmI) is a representative of the next generation computing mode. Understanding the concept of AmI, and facing the technical and untechnical challenges are very important issues. In this paper, first, the origin of the concept of Ambient Intelligence is discussed in this paper, including comparison between AmI and Ubiquitous Computing (Ubicomp). Second, present research situation in domestic and international AmI area is analyzed, and a multi-level division method to describe the AmI research space is proposed, as well as the discussion of the key technical challenges. Next, the working programs of ICT leading countries are introduced. Finally, hot researching issues and the development trend in the future are described.更多还原
