提高摩托车性能的封口式活塞环研究
The Research on Sealed Piston Ring that Can Improve the Performances of Motorcycles
【摘要】 为了提高摩托车的动力性和降低排放,采用封口式活塞环,利用插口片将活塞环的开口封死,减少了从开口处的漏气,使漏气率几乎为零,可使摩托车发动机的最大功率提高15.47%;污染物排放降低7%~38%;百公里油耗下降9.6%。
【Abstract】 The sealed ring uses seal plate to close up the ring gap,and prevents scavenging air from entering the crankcase.It also makes the rate of air flow to be zero almost.The exhaust is reduced by 7%~38%,and the output is increased by 15.47%.Hundred-kilometer fuel consumption is reduced by 9.6%.
