基于Pro/E和ADAMS的内燃机虚拟样机技术
The Virtual Prototype Technology of ICE Based on Pro/E and ADAMS
【摘要】 运用基于Pro/E和ADAMS的模拟仿真技术,建立了一种多连杆内燃机和原型机的虚拟样机,通过模拟仿真得到两种内燃机运动学与动力学特性参数.结果表明,在进行复杂机械系统仿真研究时,运用Pro/E三维复杂形体的参数化建模功能与ADAMS强大的机械系统仿真功能相结合,可方便、快捷、精确地建立系统仿真模型,能较好地解决复杂机构的运动学和动力学求解问题。基于Pro/E和ADAMS的虚拟样机技术在内燃机设计中具有重要工程实用价值。
【Abstract】 Through using both Pro/E and ADAMS to build the virtual prototypes with a new kind of multi-link engine and original one,we carry on simulated study and obtain simulated characteristic parameters of mechanism kinematics and dynamics.The result shows that in the simulated study on complicated mechanism,the simulating model can be built conveniently,shortly and accurately to solve the puzzle about mechanism kinematics and dynamics in complicated mechanism,combined 3D body modeling of Pro/E with powerful simulating function of ADAMS.The technology of virtual prototypes based upon both Pro/E and ADAMS will process an important engineering application value in design of ICE and other complicated machines.
