海洋混凝土用高性能聚羧酸系减水剂的研制

【摘要】 制备了不同链长的甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯单体及烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚衣康酸酯交联剂,分别合成了具有高减水作用的甲基丙烯酸酯类羧酸聚合物PC1和高分散保持作用的烯丙基聚乙二醇醚类羧酸聚合物PC2,将2种聚合物复合而成具有显著高减水作用和高流动保持能力的JSPC高性能聚羧酸系减水剂,适合与矿渣、粉煤灰、钢筋阻锈剂等材料一起用于配制海洋高性能混凝土。

【Abstract】 A methoxypolyethylene glycol methacrylate monomer with various chain lengths and a cross-linking agent of allyl polyethylene glycol itaconic ester were prepared,and then the methacrylate carboxylic polymer PC1 with the function of high water-reducing and allyl polyglycol ether carboxylic acid polymer PC2 with high slump-retaining were synthesized respectively. The high performance polycarboxylate based water-reducer JSPC composed of the two polymers has outstanding water reducing function and excellent flow holding capacity that can be used for high-performance oceanic concrete with other materials such as slag,fly ash and reinforcing steel bar corrosion resisting agents.
