非化工专业化工原理理论教学浅析
Analysis of Theory Teaching Process of Chemical Engineering Principles for students of non-chemistry majors
【摘要】 化工原理是化工及相近专业的一门必修专业基础课。本文从传递理论、工程概念和专业特点等角度,多方面探讨了本课程的理论教学方法。
【Abstract】 Unit Operations of Chemical Engineering is a compulsory and professional course for students of chemical engineering and non-chemistry majors.In this paper, teaching methods were discussed from the point of transport phenomena,engineering conception and professional characteristic about this course.
