【Abstract】 At present a profound curriculum reform is being carried on in the field of college English education of China, in which the important thing is how to improve information technology and the curriculum reform. What are the most English teachers concerned is how to optimize the classroom instruction and guide the students to study independently and effectively by using the network multimedia technology.
