提高表生耳装配合格率的状态监测方法
Condition monitor methods in improving the assembly qualified rate of watch spring bars
【摘要】 针对表生耳柔性装配机存在的废品率较高、停机时间较长以及未能及时发现废品起因等问题,提出在关键工位引入先进传感新技术获取装配机的状态监测信息,以32位数字信号处理器(DSP)为硬件平台对其进行状态跟踪、监测和故障报警。应用表明,使用该装配方法后装配一次合格率比以前提高10.23%。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem existing in the assembly of watch spring bar,such as high waster rate,long halt time,unable to find waster origin in time etc.Advance sensing technologies are introduced to monitor the condition of watch spring bar assembly,hardware based on 32 bits DSP was used to monitor the assembly condition and sound the alarm to failure occurs.10.23 percents for once assembly qualified rate is raised after put this method into execution.
