基于平面模板的两步法标定摄像机的改进
Improvement of two-stage camera calibration based on plane
【摘要】 摄像机标定技术作为机器视觉的一个重要环节极受重视。Tsai两步法摄像机标定先用径向约束得到部分外参数精确解,再将其余外部参数与畸变修正参数进行迭代求解,但该方法不能直接获取CCD摄像机相面中心坐标精确值。对于两步法的改进,是在用两步法得到的摄像机参数值的基础上,用非线性优化算法对所有参数做进一步优化,得到最终参数值。该方法既提高了摄像机标定精度,又无需对CCD摄像机相面中心预标定,简化了标定过程。实验证明,改进后的方法具有快速、准确、方便和有效等优点。
【Abstract】 Camera calibration is an important link of machine vision process.The Tsai’s two-stage camera calibration method is a popular solution.It makes use of radial alignment constraint to solve the precise value of some extrinsic parameters and then to obtain other parameters and correct distortion parameter by means of iteration.However,this method can not directly access accurate coordinates value of CCD camera center.A nonlinear optimization is used to improve the method and further optimize all parameters.In the way,the precision of calibration is improved and the process of calibration is simplified,due to the pre-calibration of the image plane center of the CCD camera is omitted.Experiments show that the method is fast,accurate,convenient and effective.
