平面螺旋槽气体止推轴承压力场数值模拟研究
Simulation of gas-lubricated spiral groove bearings pressure fields
【摘要】 为了进一步了解平面螺旋槽气体止推轴承压力场的形成机理,对该种轴承的压力场进行了数值模拟研究。在对其压力场理论研究的基础上,建立了气膜压力场的数学模型。利用流体计算软件,对气膜压力场的分布进行了数值模拟研究。通过试验,表明气膜压力场的数值计算结果与试验值基本吻合,可以将该种数值模拟方法进一步引入到平面螺旋槽气体止推轴承的设计中。
【Abstract】 For understanding the formational mechanism of gas-lubricated spiral groove bearings pressure fields,the numerical simulations on air film pressure fields are carried out.Based on the research on air film pressure fields,the mathematical model of air film pressure fields is derived.The distribution of air film pressure fields was simulated by using computational fluid dynamics software.The results of test verified the correctness of the numerical simulations.The methods can be used to the design of gas-lubricated spiral groove bearings.
