采用ANSYS的橡胶弹簧的有限元建模与仿真
Rubber spring’s finite element simulation modeling and simulation based on ANSYS
【摘要】 建立AD250铰接式自卸车前悬架橡胶弹簧的参数化非线性有限元接触模型,比较橡胶弹簧实体建模与平面建模的计算精度,并分析大载荷下橡胶弹簧内部应力的分布,得到的结果与试验结果有很好的一致性。此模型可为橡胶弹簧结构的参数优化提供理论支持。
【Abstract】 The AD250 hinge type dump truck front suspension rubber spring’s parametrization non-linear finite element contact model has been established.The computational accuracies of the rubber spring entity modelling and the plain modelling have been compared.Besides,the rubber spring internal stress distribution under the big load has been analyzed.There are good uniformity between the result and the experimental result.This model may provide the theoretical support for the parameter optimization of the rubber spring structure.
