多浇口顺序控制消除熔接痕的研究

【摘要】 针对某轿车前保险杠注塑涂装过程中频繁出现的熔接痕着色差问题,在现有注塑机热流道基础上,提出了利用多浇口顺序控制以消除熔接痕的工艺方法,研制开发了实现多浇口顺序控制的软/硬件系统。介绍多浇口顺序控制的原理及系统。其中Moldflow软件的仿真评价和实际注塑成型的试验结果表明,利用热流道多浇口顺序控制,在注塑成型过程中使各浇口流出的分支料流逐步推进,彼此完全熔入对方,有效地消除了熔接痕缺陷。

【Abstract】 Based on the existing hot runner of injecting machine,an approach to removing the fusion line with multi-gates sequence control is presented,such that the chromatic aberration of car bumper can be effectively eliminated,which is resulted from the frequent fusion line defects of car bumper.Both software and hardware system are developed to realize the multi-gates sequence control.The principle and system configuration are detailed.Moldflow software based simulation and injection molding experiments are conducted.It is shown that with the hot runner multi-gates sequence control,the branch material flows of different gates can be gradually pushed forward and completely fused each other during injection molding,the fusion line defects are effectively eliminated.
