【摘要】 针对传统的二维设计模式无法对机器进行虚拟装配和运动仿真的问题,以W2.85型活塞式空气压缩机为研究对象,利用CAXA实体设计软件实现了该空气压缩机的三维建模和虚拟装配,并运用ADAMS软件对该空气压缩机的曲轴连杆机构进行运动仿真。

【Abstract】 Considering the problem that the virtual assembly and kinematics simulation of machine cannot be realized in two-dimensional design mode,W2.85 piston type air compressor was studied.The 3-dimension model and virtual assembly of this product were completed by CAXA solid design software.The kinematics simulation of crankshaft and link mechanism on this product was performed in ADAMS.
