【Abstract】 Based on Upper Echelon theory and Resource Dependence theory,this paper analyzes how the TMTs’ governmental experience affects the firm performance and strategic choice in transition economy.It shows that there is a positive relationship between the TMTs’ governmental experience and firm performance;at the same time,TMTs’ governmental experience can improve the firm performance through inducing the Political Networking.更多还原
