【Abstract】 The biologic population paragenesis evolution model of Logistic has provided an analysis frame for the technical alliance body.The result indicates that the enterprise of technical alliance forms all kinds of relations through the labor division and maintaining the stability of the paragenesis pattern by keen competition.Observing the alliance rule,maintaining overall benefit is the most superior choice for the alliance enterprise,and the government should provide the support with every effort and create a good external environment for the alliance更多还原
