稀土在430铁素体不锈钢中的作用及机理研究

【摘要】 采用金相、扫描电镜和能谱仪等手段,研究了稀土在430铁素体不锈钢的作用及作用机理,研究结果表明,稀土通过缩小柱状晶区域及细化柱状晶,扩大中心等轴晶区域及细化中心等轴晶,可提高冷轧板薄板成型性能;稀土改善夹杂物形貌、变性夹杂物组分,提高了430铁素体不锈钢冲击性能;稀土促进Cr和Mn元素在氧化层的富集,使氧化层致密,氧化层与基体的粘附性增强,大幅度提高了430铁素体不锈钢抗高温氧化性能。

【Abstract】 RE effect and mechanism in ferrite stainless steel have been studied by metallographic analysis,SEM and EDAX.The results show that the solidification structure of RE-430 ferrite stainless steel has been apparently improved,such as fractionizing columnar grains,and enlarging the area of central fine equiaxed grains.As a result,the sheet metal formability of RE-430 ferrite stainless steel is enhanced by adding RE.A large amount of carbon as well as oxygen are absorbed by RE,to come into being modified inclusions,which results in that transverse impact value of RE-430 is increased by a factor of 6 maximally.The enrichment of Cr and Mn in the oxidation layer is greatly promoted by RE,consequently the oxidation product is more compact.High temperature anti-oxidation of RE-430 ferrite stainless steel has been improved evidently.
