Ir/CexZr1-xO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl高温甲醇水蒸气重整催化剂的研究
Ir/CexZr1-xO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl Catalysts for High Temperature Steam Reforming of Methanol
【摘要】 对Ir/CexZr1-xO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl催化剂的制备及其在高温甲醇水蒸气重整中的应用进行了研究。通过XRD,SEM,TPR等表征对FeCrAl箔片、CexZr1-xO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl样品及CexZr1-xO2粉体进行了分析;比较了以FeCrAl合金和陶瓷蜂窝为载体的高温水蒸气重整催化剂的性能;针对CexZr1-xO2涂层中Ce/Zr比例对催化剂性能的影响进行了研究。在100 h寿命评价中,Ir/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2/Al2O3/FeCrAl催化剂显示出了较好的催化活性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Ir/CexZr1-xO2/Al2O3/FeCrAl catalysts were prepared for the high temperature steam reforming of methanol.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and temperature-programmed reduction(TPR).The FeCrAl support showed better stability than ceramic support in the high temperature steam reforming of methanol.The effect of the Ce/Zr ratio of the CexZr1-xO2 washcoat was also investigated and the optimal Ce/Zr ratio was 4/1.The Ir/Ce0.8Zr0.2O2/Al2O3/FeCrAl catalyst showed good performance during 100 h test.
