基于订单式生产下的产品计划投产量决策

【摘要】 为降低实际产量大于或小于客户订货量对企业效益带来的负面影响,研究了订单生产模式下的产品计划投产量决策问题.分析指出由于不同客户的订单在品种规格、工艺难度、材料等方面要求不同,同时生产系统本身具有的随机不确定性特点,导致了生产过程产品合格率的随机波动.研究假设产品合格率在一定范围内波动服从正态分布,以损失期望值最小化为目标,建立了产品计划投产量优化决策连续模型.用MathCAD对该模型进行了仿真,并分析了该模型对相关参数的敏感性.针对某订单式生产企业的生产实践问题,建立了产品计划投产量决策离散模型,数值计算结果验证了该决策模型的有效性.

【Abstract】 We have researched the issue of Decision-Making of planning quantity put into Production for MTO system in this paper, and analyzed the effect of excessive or less output than the client’s order one on production cost. Due to the difference of the technique, procedure and material for different client’s order, and the uncertainty characteristic of production-process, the products eligibility-rate are uncertainty. Supposed the eligibility-rate submitted to normal-distributing. Taking the expense expected value as a decision-Making object, we have developed a decision-Making model of planning quantity put into Production. Numeric Simulating have proved that the approach is effective. Finally, we use the model to resolve enterprise real problems, and have got the optimal solution of planning quantity of put-into-production.
