【摘要】 针对区域经济的特点,在对区域竞争力内涵进行深入分析的基础上,从系统经济学角度对区域竞争力的形成机理进行了研究。提出网点竞争力和体系竞争力的概念,并指出体系竞争力才是区域的核心竞争力,据此设计了一套区域竞争力评价指标体系。最后,利用网络层次分析法建立了区域竞争力多指标非线性综合评价决策模型。试验数据表明,该模型考虑了竞争力指标之间的相互依存关系,克服了传统综合评价方法的不足,增加了指标权重的科学性与合理性以及测评结果的可信性。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the properties of region,the formation mechanism of regional competitiveness is studied from the aspect of systematic economics based on analyzing its connotation.The concepts of location-based competitiveness and system-based competitiveness are introduced and the latter is suggested to be the core of regional competitiveness,then a set of indicators is designed.Using the ANP method,a new comprehensive multi-attribute nonlinear evaluation model for regional competitiveness is established.It is proved by experimental data that the new model overcomes the shortcomings of traditional comprehensive measurement method,enhances the scientificity and reasonability of indicators weight and the credibility of the measurement results.更多还原
