【摘要】 基于HLA/RTI和分布式数据库构建了一个开放的C3K(指挥,控制,通信和作战效能)的测试与评估体系结构,辅助验证总体方案和战术技术指标的合理性。系统采用了层次分析法建立效能评估指标体系结构,在Oracle数据库中对想定/算例/仿真及评估数据及相关的算法模型进行统一存储和管理,并实现了一个通用的分析评估工具软件对各种评估算法进行调用并以图形化方式显示在线和离线评估结果。分布式体系结构和数据库技术的应用使得系统具有一定的通用性,能够进行扩展支持对不同系统和指标的评估。

【Abstract】 An open Test and Evaluation System Architecture was realized to support the test and evaluation of Command, Control, Communications (C3) and combat effectiveness(K), which could help to verify the reasonability of the design or the anticipated tactical/technical indexes. The effectiveness evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was adopted in the system to establish the hierarchical effectiveness index architecture. The scenario/example/simulation/evaluation data and the related algorithm models were stored and managed based on Oracle database. A universal analysis and evaluation tool was realized to invoke the evaluation algorithm models and to graphically display the on-line and off-line evaluation indexes. The application of general distributed architecture and database technology make it possible to extend and support T&E of different systems and indexes.
