【Abstract】 The advantage of a party depends on the party members,including college party members to be educated in colleges to keep its benchmark.If college communists want to keep long-term benchmark,they must be educated by the benchmark by the long-term mechanism.This paper discusses the long-term mechanism for college student communists to keep benchmark from such six aspects as establishing ideological and educational mechanism,perfecting daily management mechanism,setting up incentive and guiding mechanism,consolidating supervision and restriction mechanism,strict examination evaluation mechanism and implementing organization and support mechanism.更多还原
