【Abstract】 In the second teacher training of compulsory education program of Chongqing poor areas,the author thinks that the short-term informal training of the teachers on duty from primary and middle schools has many problems having serious influence on the training effect.By taking the second training program for compulsory education as an example,and based on the reality of Chongqing poor rural areas,this paper gives several ideas on the training of the teachers on duty in primary and middle schools in Chongqing poor rural areas.更多还原
