【摘要】运用RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)技术对分布于滇西北地区的3种羊肚菌(Morchella)的27个居群进行分析。11个随机引物在27个居群中产生243个位点,所有的位点都具有多态性。更多还原

【Abstract】 RAPD amplification of 27 populations of 4 species of Morchella on Northwest Yunnan was done.243 DNA fragments were obtained by 11 RAPD primers on 27 populations.The results showed that polymorphisms could be found in all amplification sites.更多还原
