铅、铬胁迫对茶树生育的影响研究

【摘要】 采用水培试验,研究了不同浓度的Pb2+、Cr3+处理对茶树新梢生育和叶片光合作用的影响及其毒害症状,结果表明:当铅浓度为120 mg.L-1时,茶树生长基本正常,未出现受害症状,并且茶树的光合作用受到促进。但铅处理浓度大于240 mg.L-1,铬处理浓度大于20 mg.L-1时,茶树叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率随着铅、铬胁迫浓度的升高而降低,茶树的光合作用受到严重抑制,并呈现不同程度的受害症状。除处理浓度为360 mg.L-1的铅处理外,随着铅、铬胁迫浓度的升高,对茶树营养芽的物候期、发芽数、芽叶重量和长度都有一定的负面影响。铬胁迫的毒害作用大大强于铅胁迫。

【Abstract】 Tea plants were cultured in different concentration solution of plumbum and chromium.The effects of the two heavy metals on the growth of shoots,photosynthesis of leaves and damage to tea plants were studied.The results showed that when the concentration of plumbum was 120 mg·L-1,tea plants grew well and damage symptom was not observed,and photosynthesis of leaves was stimulated.But,when the concentration of plumbum was more than 240 mg·L-1 and the concentration of chromium was more than 20 mg·L-1,the photosynthesis of leaves was restrained obviously and damage symptom was observed.The content of chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate decreased,while the concentration of the two heavy metal increased.The results also showed that the negative effects caused by plumbum or chromium become more obvious except in the treatment of 360 mg·L-1 plumbum,when the concentration increased.The negative effects include influence on phenology period,number of new buds,weight and length of buds.Generally speaking,the damage caused by chromium stress to tea plants was more obvious than the damage caused by plumbum stress.
