【摘要】 目的探讨高场磁共振成像在缺血性心脏病诊断中的成像方法及应用价值。方法对20例临床确诊缺血性心脏病患者行MRI冠脉成像及磁共振心肌灌注成像检查,总结成像技术,与DSA冠脉造影及心肌核素扫描对照分析,计算符合率,评价应用价值。结果300个被检冠脉节段中,MRI显示冠脉狭窄(>70%)26处,与DSA冠脉造影相比准确率68.4%(26/38),12例MR心肌灌注检查中检出心肌缺血区域12个,与心肌核素扫描相比,MR心肌灌注心肌缺血区域显示率75%(12/16)。结论高场磁共振成像对缺血性心脏病诊断有一定价值,应用前景良好,但目前其准确性尚较低,有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study imaging method and application value of high field strength magnetic resonance im- age for ischemic heart disease.Methods Coronary Artery MRI and MR myocardial perfusion imaging were complet- ed in 20 patients that were clinically diagnosed the ischemic heart disease.To summarize the imaging method,evalu- ation application value of MRI and compared with coronary artery angiography and myocardial radioisotope scan- ning.Results Among 300 coronary artery segment,26 stenosis(>70%)segment were showed in MRI and the ac- curate rate was 68.4 % (26/38)compared with DSA.12 ischemic lesion of MR myocardial were showed in 12 cases and compared with myocardial radioisotope scanning,it’s accurate rate was 75% (12/16).Conclusion There are some value in diagnosis of ischemic heart disease with high field strength MRI.It’s accuracy was not high,but it’s perspective is good.更多还原
