【摘要】 目的评价平阳霉素注射治疗面颈部软组织静脉畸形的疗效。方法采用直接注射入病灶的方法用平阳霉素注射治疗129例142处面颈部静脉、微静脉和静脉-微静脉混合畸形,注射量儿童不超过0.2mg/kg/次的量,成人根据病灶大小每次注射平阳霉素2~4mg,每2周复诊注射1次。结果经3~17次注射完成治疗,累计平阳霉素用量3~86mg,平均用量28mg。疗效达IV级者87例(67%),III级22例(17%),II级13例(10%),I级7例(5%)。9例(7%)出现头发生长速度减慢、轻度脱发、低热等并发症,6例(4.7%)出现皮肤或口腔黏膜溃疡形成,未出现其它并发症。结论平阳霉素注射治疗面颈部软组织静脉畸形具有疗效好、安全的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of Bleomycin injection on treatment venous malformation in oral and maxillofacial regions.Methods One hundred and twenty nine cases with venous malformation were treated with Bleomycin injection.The amount of each injection should not be more than 0.2mg/kg for children.For adult patients,the amount of each injection was 2-4mg according to size of malformation.The injection was repeated every two weeks.Results The total dose of Bleomycin was from 3mg to 28mg.Average amount for each case was 28mg.The efficiency was grade IV 67%,grade III 17%,grade II 10% and grade 15% respectively.There were temporary side effects such as hair growth slow down,slight hair loss and slight fever in 7% cases.Small ulcer appeared in 4.7% cases during injection.Conclusion Injection Bleomycin is a effective way to venous malformation in oral and maxillofacial regions.更多还原
