【摘要】 目的探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(FTC)中CD44v6和VEGF-C的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测78例甲状腺乳头状癌和18例甲状腺良性肿瘤中CD44v6和VEGF-C蛋白的表达,并进行比较。结果甲状腺乳头状癌组织中CD44v6和VEGF-C的阳性表达明显高于良性病变(P<0.05);CD44v6和VEGF-C的表达与甲状腺乳头状癌浸润程度及淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05);二者在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论CD44v6和VEGF-C可能作为甲状腺乳头状癌的肿瘤标志物之一;CD44v6和VEGF-C表达与甲状腺乳头状癌浸润程度、淋巴结转移相关,二者联合检测对判断甲状腺乳头状癌侵袭与转移具有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the significance of CD44v6 and VEGF-C expressions in patients with papil- lary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of CI)44v6 and VEGF-C in 72 cases with PTC and 18 cases with benign thyroid lesions;Using the mathod of statistics to compare clinical characteristics of PTC.Results The expression rate of CD44v6 and VEGF-C in PTC was signficantly higher than that in benign thyroid lesions.There were correlation in the expression of CD44v6 and VEGF-C between the degree of infiltration and lymph node metastasis in PTC;There was signifi- cantly positive correlation between the expression of CD44v6 and VEGF-C in PTC and were synergistic in action with one mother.No correlation was found between age,sex and PTC.Conclusion CD44v6 and VEGF-C can be used as one of the markers of papillary thyroid carcinoma.The expression of CD44v6 and VEGF-C are correlated with the degree of infiltration and lymph node metastasis in PTC,which may be a significant parameters for determining invasiveness and metastasis of PTC.更多还原
