几何原理在颅底角度测量中的应用
The Application of Geometry Knowledge in Measurement of Angles in Skull Base
【摘要】 目的提出测量颅底解剖结构间角度的一种新方法-描记法,并将此新方法用于定位内听道,验证其准确性及实用性。方法利用几何原理,积累Fisch法定位内听道的数据。辨认岩浅大神经、弓状隆起及内耳门。确定并标记测量标志点。测量两两标志点之间的距离,将解剖结构之间的相对关系"描记"到纸上,测量岩浅大神经与内听道、岩浅大神经与弓状隆起的角度。结果此方法简便易行,可操作性强,对实验仪器要求低,准确性高。测得岩浅大神经与内听道夹角为59.3°±5.388°(50.0°~70.1°),岩浅大神经与弓状隆起所成角度为122.7°±7.632°(108.1°~137.5°)。结论描记法是颅底解剖研究中测量角度的一种新方法。可以提高角度测量的准确性,简便而经济。用此方法测得内听道位于岩浅大神经与弓状隆起的角平分线上,与岩浅大神经夹角约为60°,与Fisch法结果相吻合。
【Abstract】 Objective To introduce a new mothed in measuring angles between structures in cranial base. Methods Geometry knowledge was applied in this new method.After recognizing the target structures,the measured points were marked and the distance among these points were measured.By copying the relationship onto a piece of paper,the angles could be precisely measured.Results This method was precise and simple. Few equipments were required.Conclusion This method provides a precise and cheap way of measuring angles in skull base.
