毒热平注射液对流感病毒感染小鼠的保护作用
Antivirus Effects of Dureping Injection on Cellular Factor of Th1/Th2 in Mice
【摘要】 目的探讨毒热平注射液对流感病毒感染小鼠的保护作用。方法用流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株A/FM/1/47(H1N1)感染小鼠,建立小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的生物模型,采用ELISA方法测定肺组织悬液中的IL-4和IFN-γ的活性水平,观察毒热平注射液对流感病毒感染小鼠的保护作用。结果毒热平注射液各剂量组小鼠肺匀浆的IFN-γ活性水平明显升高而IL-4的活性显著下降;毒热平注射液的0.33 g/(kg.d)和0.17 g/(kg.d)剂量组对流感病毒感染小鼠具明显的保护作用。结论毒热平注射液能通过调节细胞因子的活性,纠正Th1/Th2细胞失衡而发挥抗流感病毒作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the antivirus effect of Dureping Injection in mice.Methods The murine pneumonia model was establish by influenza virus strain A/FM/1/47(H1N1).The bioactivity of interleuking-4(IL-4) and interferonγ(IFN-γ) in the murine lung was detected by ELISA.The murine Death Rate was observed.Results Dureping Injection decreased the bioactivity of IL-4 and increased the bioactivity of IFN-γ.It showed 0.33 g/(kg·d) and 0.17 g/(kg·d)of Dureping Injection had significantly protective effect to death of the mouse with virus pneumonia.Conclusion Dureping Injection has an obvious effect against influenza virus FM1 strain by correcting the Th1/Th2 cell shift,regulating the bioactivities of Th1 cytokines and the bioactivies of Th2 cytokines,which reach a new balance between Th1 cell and Th2 cell.
