水解法提取大豆异黄酮苷元工艺研究

【摘要】 以大豆为原料,采用先酸水解、后碱水解的方法提取大豆异黄酮苷元,对碱水解工艺进行了研究.以单因素试验和L9(33)正交试验对大豆异黄酮苷元提取工艺进行了优化.结果表明:影响大豆异黄酮苷元提取率的因素从大到小依次为碱解温度、碱解时间、碱解pH值,最佳工艺条件为碱解温度50℃,碱解时间1 h,碱解pH值9.0,在此条件下大豆异黄酮苷元的提取率可达73.51%.

【Abstract】 Soybean isoflavone glycoside was extracted from soybean by alkaline hydrolysis after acid hydrolysis.Optimization of the extraction processes was achieved by single-factor experiment and L9(33)orthogonal experiment.The results indicated that alkaline hydrolysis temperature had the greatest influence on the extracting rate,followed in order by alkaline hydrolysis time and pH and that alkaline hydrolysis temperature 50 ℃+ alkaline hydrolysis time 1 h + pH 9.0 were the optimal conditions of extracting the soybean isoflavone glycoside,under which the extracting rate was up to 73.51%.
