【摘要】 用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对甘肃省13个市州送检的188份健康猪血清和17个猪场患其它病猪血清进行了猪流感(H3N2)血清抗体检测。在11个市州的猪群中检出SIH3N2抗体,检出阳性118份,平均阳性率为27.89%。阳性率最高为66.67%,最低为5.13%。其中健康猪血清检出阳性42份,阳性率为22.34%;患其它病猪血清检出阳性76份,阳性率为32.34%。患其它病猪的阳性率高于健康猪。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 188 sera of the healthy swine from swine farms in 13 cities(states) and the 235 sera of swines infected another diseases except SI of Gansu province were examined by ELISA using(SIV)(H3N2) infection.The antibodies against swine influenza was found in farms of 11 cities(states).The results showed the positive sera was 118,the average positive rate of infection antibody was 27.89%,The highest positive rate was 66.67%,the lowest the positive rate was 5.13%.the positive rate of infection antibody of healthy swines was 22.34%.the positive rate of infection antibody of positive rate of swines infected another infectious diseases except SI was 32.34%.更多还原
