中药复方对热刺激小鼠脾脏IFN-γ、IL-4含量的影响

【摘要】 用ELISA法测定了中药复方对热刺激小鼠脾脏IFN-γ和IL-4水平的影响。结果,高温对照组IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-4/IFN-γ上升,中药复方组IFN-γ从热刺激后第1天显著上升,第3天达高峰,第6天下降到常温对照组水平;IL-4在第1天显著下降,然后回升,第6天显著升高,第10天下降,接近常温对照组水平;IL-4/IFN-γ第1天显著降低,然后逐步回升。研究表明,热刺激会引起小鼠脾脏IFN-γ、IL-4水平的紊乱,中药复方有显著的调节作用,从而促进免疫功能的恢复。

【Abstract】 Splenic IFN-γ and IL-4 contents in mice under heat stimulation were detected with ELISA to evaluate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on them.The results showed that all of IFN-γ and IL-4 contents and IL-4/IFN-γ ratio increased in high temperature control group(HTCG);In Chinese herbal medicine group(CHMG),IFN-γ content began to upgrade on the first day after heat stimulation,raised at peak on the 3rd day,and then downgrade to the content of normal temperature control group(NTCG) on the 6th day without significant difference;IL-4 content downgraded significantly on the first day,then upgraded gradually and dramatically on the 6th day,and then downgraded to the content of NTCG;IL-4/IFN-γ ratio decreased significantly on the first day,and then increased gradually.In conclusion,the heat stimulation may cause the disorder of IFN-γ and IL-4 levels in mice spleen;Chinese herbal medicine have the significant effects of regulation on IFN-γ and IL-4 levels to improve and recover the immune function.
