【Abstract】 Based on the stratification process of jig bed,this paper presents method to detect the porosity of the jig bed,and on witch,the fuzzy control system to control the porosity of the jig bed was designed.This system takes PLC as core,fuzzy algorithmic approach as controller and uses mass flow controller(MFC) control the air volume,so making proper porosity,and better stratification of jig bed,realizing the automatic control of the porosity of the jig bed.更多还原
