【摘要】 目的:探索超导可视下行负压吸引术终止早孕安全性研究,降低术中及术后并发症的发生,提高育龄妇女的生殖健康水平。方法:对400例年龄在18~40岁、自愿要求行早期流产的育龄妇女随机分成两组,研究组200例采用BELSON700型全程超导可视下行负压吸引术,对照组200例采用传统方法行负压吸引术。术中观察手术持续时间、术中出血量,术后并发症的发生情况;第一次月经复潮后来中心复诊月经恢复情况。结果:研究组与对照组的手术时间、术中出血量相比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);术后并发症,一个月月经恢复情况的比较,具有显著性差异性(P<0.05)。结论:采用BELSON700型全程超导可视下行负压吸引术终止早孕安全可靠,值得在临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the safety of the vacuum aspiration under super conductive view,and to reduce complications and improve the reproductive health of women of child-bearing age.Method: 400 early pregnant women aged from 18-40 who received vacuum aspiration were divided into two groups randomly,research group(200 cases were conducted operation under super conductive view),control group(200 cases were conducted operation with traditional ways),to observe operation time,amount of bleeding,post-operation complications and the resuming of the first menstruation after operation.Results: The operation time and amount of bleeding of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group,the post-operation complications and the resuming of the first menstruation after operation of the research group were significantly different from that of the control group.Conclusion: The vacuum aspiration under super conductive view is safe and relible,and can be applied in clinical therapy.更多还原
