大型煤自然发火实验台自动控制系统的设计
The design and implement of automatic control system for large-scale coal spontaneous combustion experiment unit
【摘要】 煤自燃的发生和发展是一个十分复杂的物理化学过程,大型煤自然发火实验台的建造解决了煤自然发火的实验模拟问题。实验台智能化的自动控制系统可实现煤体温度、气体浓度、环境温度和设备状态的自动检测和监测,数据的采集量和精度大幅度提高,为实现煤自燃过程的数值模拟和预测奠定了良好的基础,为现场实际条件下煤自然发火的预测预报提供了更加可靠的依据。
【Abstract】 The occurrence and development of coal spontaneous combustion are a complex physical and chemical process. A large-scale experiment unit has been set up which can solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion experiment simulation. The intellectualized automatic control system for this experiment unit can automatically detect and monitor the coal temperature, the gas density, the ambient temperature and the equipment condition which enhances the data quantity and precision. Foundation for numerical simulation and predicting of spontaneous combustion on actual condition also has been provided.
