【摘要】 目的:研究卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿手术后恢复情况,并比较两种不同手术途径的疗效。方法:分析我院2002～2007年收治的96例卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿患者的病历资料。分为A、B两组,A组为腹腔镜手术组,B组为开腹手术组,比较分析卵巢囊肿的两种不同术式——腹腔镜手术和开腹手术的临床疗效。结果:腹腔镜组使用抗生素时间、术后住院时间和术后排气时间较开腹组短(P<0.05),两组手术时间及术中出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术是卵巢良性肿瘤安全和有效的首选手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the effect of two conservative operations and the postoperative endocrine therapy on endometrioid cyst.Methods:A total of 96 patients with endometrioid cyst admitted in our hospital from 2002 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into groups A and B.Group A underwent operative laparoscopy;group B accepted laparotomy cystectomy.Results:There were significan diffrences on the days of staying,the time of having wind from bowels and the duration of taking antibotics between two groups.Group A was better than group B(P<0.05).No difference of the operative time and the quantity of bleeding during operation were found between laparoscope and laparotomy operations(P>0.05).Conclusions:The laparoscopic operation is a good option for the patients with endometrioid cyst.更多还原
