【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定肺炎合剂中绿原酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Spheri-5RP-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-0.4%磷酸(8.5∶91.5),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为328nm。结果:绿原酸检测浓度在5.00~100.00μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.20%,RSD为1.05%。结论:该制剂制备工艺简便,质控方法准确、可靠,可用于该品的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in pneumonia mixture. Methods: The separation of samples was performed on a column of SPHERI-5rp-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile -0.4% phosphate (8.5∶91.5), with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 328 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.00～100.00 μg/ml for chlorogenic acid (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.20% (RSD=1.05%, n=6). Conclusions: The method is simple and feasible and the established criteria is suitable for the quality control of pneumonia mixture.更多还原
