姜黄素分光光度法测定污水中的Al3+

【摘要】 目的:利用姜黄素与Al3+在pH=11.30形成二元络合物.测定污水中Al3+的含量。方法:以分光光度法研究姜黄素与Al2+反应机理。结果:本实验选择了络合物最大吸收波长为550 nm,摩尔吸光系数(?)=1.9×104 L/mol.cm-1。标准曲线回归方程为Y=0.026+0.337X,r=0.971 0。Al3+量在0.12~0.36μg内有良好的线性关系。结论:姜黄素Al3+形成1:2的络合物,并且稳定.此方法用于污水中测定Al3+时可得到满意的结果。

【Abstract】 Objective: By forming binary complexes curcumin with Al3+in the pH=11.3. To determine the content of Al3+in the sewage. Methods: To research the reaction mechanism between curcumin and Al3+ by using UV spectrophotometry. Result: The maximum absorption wavelength of complexes’ at the 550 nm, molar absorption coefficient was 1.9×104L/mol. cm-1. The standard curve regression equation is Y= 0. 026+0.37X, r=0. 9710,the content of Al3+have a good linear relationship in the range of 0.12~0.36μg/ml. Conclusion: Curcumin can form complexes with Al3+ in ratio of 1:2 and the complexes are stable. This method using for determine the content of Al3+in the sewage can set satisfying results.
