木工产品激光扫描与雕刻关键技术

【摘要】 针对以浮雕为主体的木工产品,提出激光扫描和数控雕刻的逆向工程关键技术。激光扫描获取海量数据,对其进行基于权值的均值滤波光顺并生成高质量STL。基于STL实体模型生成加工刀路,提出木工数控雕刻粗精加工的高速加工工艺。所提出的关键技术可获得较优的实体模型,木工产品加工效率较高,表面质量好。

【Abstract】 For the fine wood products in which the main body is relief,a key reverse-engineering technology including laser-scan and NC carving is proposed. Laser-scan can obtain massive data,a mean filter method is proposed to smooth the thousands of points and generate high-quality STL. Based on the STL,NC path is generated. The high speed carving technology of NC-carving for the relief products is divided into two phases: rough carving and finishing carving,and the machining parameters are put forward for them. Excellent 3D model can be acquired with the proposed smooth method. High efficiency can be achieved and the final wood products has fine surface.
