GH4169高能喷丸表面纳米化的研究

【摘要】 采用GH4169高温合金进行高能喷丸表面纳米化试验,通过X射线衍射、透射电镜、扫描电镜、能谱及硬度测试等方法对不同时间喷丸后材料表面晶粒尺寸、形貌以及变形层硬度进行分析。结果表明:喷丸5min实现表面纳米化,表面晶粒尺寸约为58.25nm,随着喷丸时间的延长,晶粒逐渐细化,在喷丸30min时,表层晶粒尺寸约为21.41nm,强烈变形层深度达到8μm,表面硬度约为HV480,继续延长时间,表层晶粒尺寸变化不大,在喷丸120min时,表层晶粒尺寸约为20.27nm,表面硬度约为HV600,强烈变形层深度达到40μm。

【Abstract】 GH4169 high-temperature alloys used for the experiment of surface nanocrystallization induced by high energy shot peening.and through many methods like X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), Scan Electron microscope (SEM), Energy Dispersive X-ray Detector (EDX) and hardness analysis etc. to analyze the crystalline grain size, morphology and hardness of deformation layer on the surface after shot penning at different time.The results show that surface nanocrystallization is realized after 5 minutes shot peening and the surface grain size was 58.25nm. furthermore, the grain size will refine gradually as the peening time prolongs .after 30 min peening, the grain size and the depth of intense deformation layer the hardness of surface were 21.41nm、8um、480HV respectively. The grain size change slightly when further extending the peening time and the grain size, the depth of intense deformation layer the hardness of surface were 20.27nm、40um、600HV respectively after 120 minutes peening.
