机床主轴电动机变压变频调速系统数字化设计
The Digital Design Speed Control System of Variable Voltage Variable Frequency about Main Axis Motor of Machine Tool
【摘要】 为提高机床变频调速系统的动、静态性能,并简化产生SPWM波形的软件和硬件,采用电机专用16位微机控制器87C196MC构成数字化变频系统。利用微机的故障检测、自询问和诊断能力,完善了系统故障保护功能。实验和分析表明,主要谐波得到抑制,系统具有较高的稳定性和可靠性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the dynamic and static performances of frequency conversion speed control system, simplify the software and the hardware to produce SPWM wave, a digital frequency conversion system is constituted based on the industrial motor control 16 bits micro-controller 87C196MC. Perfected the fault protection function by using microcomputer’s abilities of fault detection, inquiry and diagnosis. The analysis and the experiment show that the main harmonic is under the suppression, the system has the high stability and the reliability.
